PROJECT: TP-ENT-1024-00022
Address: 2411 N ORACLE RD
Parcel(s): N/A - Right of way
Zoning: C-2

Proposal: Overhead Transmission Line crossing Gateway Corridor of Oracle Road

COMMENT: UDC 4.9.11.A.13.a – This standard is applicable - demonstrate how this standard is being met.

COMMENT: UDC 4.9.11.d - Zoning acknowledges there has been a narrative clarifying that the proposal has been modified to relocate the proposed pole to the west of Oracle to the south side of Grant to prevent the transmission line from diagonally crossing the intersection; however, there is a discrepancy in the exhibits of the Key Observation Points attached to the narrative which demonstrates the transmission lines crossing diagonally across the intersection. Please ensure all exhibits are accurately demonstrating the final proposal and complies with the above standard.

COMMENT: UDC 4.9.11.d - Please clearly dimension the distance between the curbline of the designated Gateway Corridor to the proposed placement of the poles. Zoning acknowledges the key to the PDP demonstrating the 150’ buffer but would prefer the PDP clearly dimensions the distance from the curbline to ensure the 150’ is measured from the appropriate location per the UDC standard.

COMMENT: 4.9.11.A.13.g – Demonstrate how standard is met. Clarifying the potential customers does not demonstrate how “electrical service to critical customers where overhead lines are strongly recommended for specialized operations” is being met.

COMMENT: 4.9.11.A.13.h – TEP provides service to all customers in the region. Citing poverty standards for Tucson residents, only, is not accurate. Provide more applicable information.
