12/20/2023 Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The submitted survey reveals that the Finished Floor Elevation (FFE) of 2428.95 is 0.42 feet below the Regulatory Flood Elevation of 2429.37 that is base on the submitted elevation certificate. This does not meet floodplain standards and will need to be raised up. Additionally with the submitted survey it is clear that the existing grade is higher than what is shown on Map Tucson GIS which changes the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) previously given. This site is found in an area marked FEMA Xs_100 (less than one foot of flow). Using 11 inches above existing grade we get a new BFE of 2429.48 which makes the required Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) and Finished Floor Elevation (FFE) to be 2430.48. Currently the FFE is at 2428.95 and will need to be raised up 1.53 feet to meet floodplain standards.
