08/15/2023 Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The proposed building must be elevated one foot above the base flood elevation on the site, which is 2463.1 feet above sea level. Please indicate on the site plan that the finished floor elevation is going to be at 2464.1 feet or higher. In addition, the duplex will require an elevation certificate to be filled out by a licensed land surveyor both before the pouring of the foundation and after the completion of the construction. The elevation certificate will be supplied when the permit is issued.
