Legal descriptions that get stamped and recorded need to each be on a separate document, are recorded and the Assessor's office then creates the new parcels accordingly, each requiring its own document because this is the actual legal boundary for the parcel being created. 2. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to Zoning and other the PDSD reviewer comments. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: 1.
