TEP is in the process of preparing a revised Preliminary Electrical design for this project. A final construction drawing will be prepared when the customer approves the preliminary design, and TEP receives a copy of the Approved Plat. As identified on the Preliminary Construction Drawing, Easements for TEP facilities must be shown on the plat for TEP approval. The number of lots shown on the Phase 2 final plat is larger than the number of lots shown in Phase 2 on the recently approved La Escalara Overall Water Master Plan, Rev. 1 (TW-MWP-1223-00081). Also, the lot numbers and the lot layouts shown on this final plat don’t match those shown on the recently revised La Escalara Overall Water Master Plan. To have 163 lots in Phase 2 as shown on this final plat, another revision of the La Escalara Overall Water Master Plan is required. 2. Another acceptable option would be to revise the number of lots, the lot layouts and the lot numbers on the final plat to match that shown on the recently approved La Escalara Overall Water Master Plan, Rev. 1. 3.
