Provide a site plan with surveyor's map information, including the location of all existing structures as well as setback distances to proposed property lines.

At least one structure that shows up on overhead imagery appears to be unpermitted. No permit could be found for the easternmost mobile home. Either provide proof of permit for the mobile home, or submit for a new permit for any this mobile home -- and any other unpermitted structures -- before this land split can be approved.
