Demonstrate compliance with minimum freeboard requirements for all water harvesting basins. DSSDR 5.3.1.3 2. Demonstrate setback compliance regarding the trash enclosure and water harvesting basins. DSSDR 5.3.1.11 3. Provide a simple summary table in the conclusion portion of the report to compare the Pre-Development Vs. Post-Development peak discharges for the 2-, 10-, & 100-yr events to clearly show that the development falls within compliance with balanced basin detention requirements 4. Provide all City of Tucson Hydrologic Data sheets used for computing the 2-, 10-, & 100-year peak discharges. Pima County Data sheets will not solely accepted. 5. Provide An inspection and maintenance protocol including frequency of inspection, a checklist of items to be inspected and recommended maintenance when an inspection identifies a maintenance requirement shall be prepared by an Arizona registrant should be included at the end of the provided drainage report. DSSDR 4.1.1 6. Show the 2ft minimum grading setback from the property line on the grading plan TSM 2-01.9.0. Demonstrate the limits of grading along the south, west, & east property lines of the site. A reduced setback will require geotechnical justification that no adverse impacts will be caused by the proximity of grading and drainage infrastructure within the minimum 2-foot setback. 7. Referring the east parking spaces, Wheel stops will be required at all parking spaces adjacent to the sidewalks/pathways so as not to reduce the sidewalk path to less than 4 feet. UDC 7.4.6 Sidewalks that are 6 and a half feet or wider will not require adjacent parking spaces to have wheel stops. This should be addressed for all spaces where the pathway can be reduced below said 4-ft requirement. 9. A Bollard or some type of barrier will be required for the 9-foot curb opening to prevent a vehicle encroaching into the water harvesting area. Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal.
