This development is located in the S.E. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 14, Township 15S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 140-39-052F, covers approximately 45.42 ± acres, and is zoned as Planned Area Development 14 (PAD-14). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Los Reales Road and South Craycroft Road, approximately 1400 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal. There are existing facilities within the development which are depicted upon the plan. There are no apparent conflicts however; the existing facilities should be protected in place. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans.
