10/05/2026 OK to Submit - Engineering Fast REQUIRES RESUBMIT NOTICE: This is a completeness check review performed by both Site Engineering & Zoning to determine whether the submission in question is sufficient for full review by all applicable reviewing parties. As such, do not interpret the provided comments as finalized complete review comments. They are simply to address outstanding issues caught at this stage of submission.

Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. More information needed to clarify changes made to Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1024-00291.
2. SHEET C2.0 appears to have the only proposed changes to the approved DP, however, delta cloud revisions do not accurately depict the changes noted per the Revision Narrative. It should be noted, REV. 4 was a REVIEW cycle, not a REVISION cycle. It took 5 REVIEW cycles to complete the initial approval of TD-DEV-1024-00291. Therefore, delta clouds are now acceptable for this the FIRST and all subsequent REVISIONS. Changes made to ALL applicable sheets shall show a Delta 1 to correlate with REVISION 1. As such, renumber all delta clouds to 1. Indicate the locations on the site, not just the Keynotes that have been revised.
3. The Revision Narrative stated, “The sidewalk connection in the NE corner of the side was modified and grading changes were made.” However, this was not shown on SHEET C2.0 nor SHEET C3.0 (which is labeled as the grading sheet). Provide clarity with a delta cloud where this is located and the applicable sheet.
