This development is located in the N.W. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 18, Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 124-18-120C, covers approximately 0.68 ± acres, and is zoned as Light Industrial Zone (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Park Avenue and East 18th Street, approximately 1,350 feet to the northwest of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
