Site Engineering Comments:
1. For the parking spaces along the south and west portion of the proposed development, dimension the 2’6” vehicle overhang and ensure that no fence or landscaping conflict with the overhang of parked vehicles. TSM 5-01.3.3. B & UDC 7.4.6 This is to ensure that there is no conflict with any proposed landscaping, as well as maintaining the required “18-foot” required parking space required which since the spaces are 15.5ft, the 2.5-3 feet are still accounted.
2. The pathway presented to connect to Prince frontage will be accepted, but it will have to be accepted through a TSMR, which will be required to be submitted to remove the official requirement of the direct pathway to Prince frontage so that the alternative pathway can be acceptable officially.
