| 01/30/2025 | Site Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | 1. Based on field observations, this development package requires a revision to the detention basin/outlet design. The outlet pipe must outlet at or above the elevation of W Diamond Street. The pipe was observed to outlet well below street level after initial installation, compromising the functionality of the site. Update the detention basin on sheet C5 as needed and provide a detail of the basin and outlet pipe on the plan set. Update the drainage report to reflect the changes. One option is to remove the weir wall structure and raise the upstream end of the pipe to the elevation of the proposed weir so that the upstream IE is 1.2 feet above the basin bottom. The pipe may require a 0% slope to have a satisfactory downstream IE.
