05/07/2026 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT The FFE on the DP is 2460.75 and a backwater valve is required. The approved private sewer plan (TD -UTL-0426-00044) has an FFE of 2461.25 and doesn't require a backwater valve. The FFE should be the same on both drawing sets.
