1. COMMENT: Please provide an updated parking calculation that demonstrates the required minimum parking and the provided parking. Include ADA accessible van and standard parking minimum required and provided. The minimum parking ratio required is 1 space per 5,000 square feet of gross floor area. Per the gross floor area on last approved development package, the required ADA accessible parking is 9 ADA accessible standard parking spaces and 2 ADA accessible van parking.

2. COMMENT: On the enlarged site plan on Sheet AS2.1 for the proposed ADA parking on the north side of the building, include the dimension for the wheel stop curbing demonstrating the wheel stop curbing is a minimum of 2.5 feet from the front of the parking space to prevent the vehicle from overhanging into the pedestrian circulation.

3. COMMENT: Clarify the intention of the striped area on the north parking area in the northeast corner.

4. COMMENT: Per Technical Standards Manual 7-01.3.4.2.B, when bollards are used to provide physical separation, the maximum separation between the barriers is five feet clear. Dimension the distance between the proposed bollards in the northern parking lot.
