The development site occupies parcel numbers 140-28-012A, covers approximately 8.37 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence Zone 2 (R-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Sears Boulevard and East Ginter Road, approximately 50 feet to the southeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the City of Tucson Airport Environs Overlay Zone – AEZ Height Zones, City of Tucson Airport Environs Overlay Zone – Airport Hazard District, Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 3rd submittal of this project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
