02/03/2025 | Site Landscape | APPROVED | SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO COMMENTS: 1) Per internal requirements, please remove the reference to (minus) material within the decomposed granite call out. It is preferable to use the 1/2" washed screened rock for all planting areas. The reference to (minus) has caused confusion with contractor installation. Please reach out if you have questions about this comment. Thank you, Chad Keller, RLA chad.keller@tucsonaz.gov |

02/13/2025 | ROW Engineering Review | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Ramp on Southside of driveway should be Type 2 (directional) | ||
01/24/2025 | Site Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | 1. A separate SWPPP sheet is required in the plan set that shows the locations of the BMPs with details. 2. Drainage Statement: Thank you for updating the Q calculations for DON-4 on the Hydrologic Data Sheets. It appears that BASIN 1 INFLOW has been updated to reflect the increase in contributing flow from DON-4. However, it appears the routing calculations have not been updated as they show, for example, Q100=24.1cfs when the updated value is 24.7cfs. The Qs for DON-4 and downstream have not been updated on the watershed maps for the improvement plan. Figures 4 and 5 are mislabeled (switched). The watershed maps are listed under Fig 5 but labeled Fig 4, and vice versa for the La Escalera - Phase I drainage report excerpts. Please run the updated routing calculations and update the figures accordingly for consistency throughout the report. Mike Ortiz michael.ortiz@tucsonaz.gov |
