Application incomplete, please provide: a. Revise the revision narrative to better describe all changes made to the associated plan set provided. Based on the current letter, it states that a block wall is currently approved along the west, but after reviewing the plans, it looks like the west wall line is currently the only item bubbled with revision clouding. Is the intention that only the Western portion of the proposed new fence/wall to become the CMU? Or is the entirety of the fence line being changed to CMU? If only a section is being changed, then ensure this is clear through a new keynote # since #17 refers to the entirety of the new perimeter fence. b. If the entirety of the perimeter wall is being revised to CMU, then a revision to the drainage report will be required to include proper flood venting requirements and analysis.
