This development is located in Section 4, Township 16S, Range 15E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 305-01-005A, covers approximately 200.05 ± acres, and is zoned as Rural Homestead Zone (RH) and Light Industrial Zone 1 (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Rita Road and East Old Vail Connection Road, approximately 2,100 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal. There are existing facilities within the development which are depicted upon the plan. Clearance must be maintained from the 138kv lines and protect lines and poles in place. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans.
