Park Ave, Bldg 2, Tucson, AZ. 85714, Received July 17, 2026 To whom this may concern, Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-0526-00121, 2nd Submittal, a development plan for a new solar array and associated canopy at 4004 S. Park Ave. This development is located in the N.W. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 31, Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 132-16-600A, covers approximately 56.4 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence 2 Zone (R-2) and Light Industrial Zone (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Park Avenue and East Ajo Way, approximately 550 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority does not object to the second submittal of this project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
