Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. As the wall proposed for the trash enclosure is shown as 8 feet, it will be required that a separate wall permit be submitted for structural review. For the wall permit, please submit the structural calculations and drawings for the construction of the wall. Add the note: “Wall to be built under separate permit.”
2. On the grading plan sheets, provide a keynote for all the building downspouts.
3. The downspout on the southwest section of the building will be required to moved as it is shown to directly discharge on the ADA parking space.
4. As the storage shed proposed is associated with the trash enclosure. It will be required that Environmental Services approval be given to allow this variation from the standard trash enclosure. The contact to reach out to at ES will be Andy Vera at Andy.vera@tucsonaz.gov. Please submit the approval provided in resubmission.

FOR PERMIT RESUBMISSION, IT IS REQUIRED THAT: Corrected/Revised Plan set and a detailed response letter document that clearly shows how you addressed all of Site Engineering’s and other reviewers’ comments for the completed review cycle.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras at Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov
