Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. After review of the approved landscape and irrigation plans, it appears that no conflicts exist between the revised underground utility locations and the proposed planting/irrigation layout. If conflicts arise during construction, them please identify the conflicts between the revised underground utility locations and the proposed plantings/irrigation layout. This can be reviewed and approved in an as built or record drawing at or near the completion of the project. If there are no conflicts, then the as built will not be required.
