Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Application incomplete. Provide the following necessary information:
a. Total Site Area in SQ FT (Acres)
b. The total area of disturbance
c. Provide clarification if grading work is proposed – if so provide associated cut & fill quantities.
d. As the proposed development appears to increase impervious coverage for the site – City of Tucson Balanced basin detention & First flush retention requirements will need to be met addressed. A Drainage report will be required to show full compliance with first flush retention/balanced basin detention requirements. Refer to the Design standards for Stormwater Detention and Retention Chapters 2, 3, & 4. Drainage report content and format requirements can be found in chapter 10 of the DSSDR as well.
e. As drainage requirements will need to be met/addressed, an associated grading plan/sheet will be required to show effective site drainage and compliance with TSM 2-01.0.0.
