The development site occupies parcel number 140-42-074A, covers approximately 0.0207 ± acres, and is zoned as Mixed Use Zoning (MU). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Airport Drive and South Plumer Avenue, approximately 950 feet to the northwest of the subject development. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
