To whom this may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-0423-00197, 2nd Submittal, the planned
development of a new residential development at 5386 S. Nogales Highway located
approximately 2000 feet northwest of the intersection between East Drexel Road and South
Nogales Highway. The subject parcels are #137-04-1100, 137-04-1110, 137-04-1120, 137-04-
1130, 137-04-1140, 137-04-1150, and 137-04-1160 is zoned for R-2 (Residence Zone 2) and
covers 1.93 acres ±. The parcel is situated in the N.W. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 1,
Township 15S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian.
This project site lies 1.5 miles ± from an active runway at Tucson International Airport, which
also places the project site within the Avigation Easement boundary. This site also lies within
Federal Aviation Administration traffic pattern airspace. According to the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) Notice Criteria Tool, the proposed structure height does not exceed Notice
Criteria.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 2
nd submittal of this project and is not requiring a
resubmittal.
