Previous comment #4 not fully addressed. In compliance with TSM 7-01.3. Pedestrian circulation is required to connect all buildings, dumpster areas, common areas, and the sidewalk on all the street frontages. As a new trash enclosure is proposed for this development, it will be required that an established pathway be provided and connected to the new enclosure. The pathway should be compliant following the standards found is TSM 7-01.0.0 2. Previous comment # 1 not fully addressed. It’s encouraged to use the figures presented in TSM 8-01.9.0 for minimum basis for details at least for the Dumpster layout shown. Its required that the minimum clearance, pad and ramp slope, and all associated construction notes be included with the trash enclosure detail.
