| 03/26/2025 | External Reviewers - Pima County Development Services Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Hi Hussein, Below are my comments. Mapped Regulated Riparian Habitat (RRH) impacts this parcel. The classification of RRH is Xeroriparian Class C Habitat (XC). Avoidance of the RRH is required. Disturbance to the RRH is calculated and when a 1/3 acre of RRH is disturbed, mitigation is required. Delineate the RRH boundary on the site plan and the NPPO plan, label as appropriate and identify in the legend. Please add the following General Notes to the plans: Total amount of regulated riparian habitat onsite: acres Amount of regulated riparian habitat disturbed onsite by this project: _____ acres Patricia Gilbert Hydrologist III Floodplain Management Division Pima County Regional Flood Control District 201 North Stone Ave 9th Floor Tucson, Arizona, 85701 Direct - 520.724.4606 | ||
