Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Revise the general note #15 & keynote #18 to be updated to current adopted codes : Accessible standards must be met per 2024 IBC, chapter 11, and 2017 ICC A117.1 as these standards were adopted by the COT and established beginning at the start of this year (2026).
2. In regard to the comment response for previous #2 – For resubmission, provide the Kinder Morgan/El Paso Natural Gas acceptance of the building location & grading design.
3. For the grouted riprap swale detail on sheet 8 – delineate/show the property line.
4. In compliance with DSSDR 4.7.1.3 & DSSDR and Drainage Manual 7.6.5 – provide a geotechnical addendum stating that the proposed grouted swale shall not pose a risk to the structural integrity of the new building as it is proposed adjacent to the structure.
