| 04/09/2025 | Floodplain Administration Review Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Resubmittal comments 9APR25: 1) Add information to the drainage report referencing that the project is located within the Lee Moore Wash Watershed, Tucson Stormwater Management Study (TSMS FWW) Fagan Wash Watershed. 2) Label on Sheet C100 and C109 or other sheet where the extents of the “Public Road” ends. 3) Revise section 4.1 of Drainage report to reflect outcome of scour depth ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 feet deep. 4) On sheet C701, provide concrete curbing at EOP; thickened asphaltic edge is not accepted for floodprone areas. 5) On sheet C701, there are two detail “2”; delete one that does not apply for project. 6) Label arrows on detail 3/C702 as flow or floodplain crossing or other clarification. 7) Add STAtioning to planviews to match scour calculations sheet in Appendix K. 8) Using data derived from Appendix G, show regulatory Floodplain Limits on planviews. 9) Double check proposed flood warning signage locations. 10) Clarify locations of asphalt to assures pavement structural section provides a minimum of three inches of asphaltic concrete supported by minimum of six inches of aggregate base course over additional subgrade structure. 11) Landscaping and SWPP BMP installation may commence, however, no further activities or grading may occur until grading and floodplain use permits are issued.
