It is unclear with the submitted documentation if the proposed weir and orifice will meet the required developed runoff parameters. a. Please provide supporting stormwater calculations for the proposed design to ensure the runoff from the 10-year storm is conveyed under the existing sidewalk along E Glenn St. 2. Please add section lines to the Storm Box detail corresponding with sections B-B & C-C. 3. The proposed scupper under the sidewalk along E Glenn St. will need to be completed under a “Work within Right of Way’ permit. This can be started in TDC Online under the current permit (TD-DEV-0223-00150) which will link the ROW permit to this existing permit. 4. As-Built plans for the project will need to be completed and submitted for the constructed work prior to project close-out. Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files.
