Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Provide a new earthwork table showing the new cut & fill quantities associated with the proposed work within this submission. This should include a total area of disturbance (SQ FT & ACRES). It is asked that this table be provided on the new grading plan (Sheet C401).
2. Please revise label on Site Plan Sheet C301 for the concrete pad to show the correct reference sheet that is currently showing as “C9XX”.
3. Provide an impervious coverage table with the earthwork table requested – this should show existing impervious coverage vs proposed impervious coverage.
4. Provide the development package case number, TD-DEV-0223-00150, adjacent to the title block on the SWPPP Site Map Sheet C100.
5. Show the 2-foot minimum bench grading setback from the property line on the grading plan TSM 2-01.9.0. Demonstrate this along the entirety of the site. A reduced setback will require geotechnical justification that no adverse impacts will be caused by the proximity of grading and drainage infrastructure within the minimum 2-foot setback.
a. Please provide the 2-foot minimum between the propose grading and the existing softball field structure to the east.
6. SWPPP Site Map Sheet C100 underground perforated pipe does not match what is shown on the site plan, grading and drainage sheets. Please review and revise to match the intended design layout.

Drainage Comments:
7. The plans show the discharge from the underground drainage pipes towards the northwest side of the property site – Per TSM 7-01.4.1.E & 7-01.4.3.E - At any point where a ten-year frequency flood discharge is proposed to cross a sidewalk or pedestrian access, the sidewalk/access shall be designed and constructed to convey up to and including the ten-year frequency flood flows under the sidewalk/access.
a. Provide riprap or another form of outlet protection for the pipe outlet at the northwest outlet of the site plan to prevent erosion during storm events.
b. Please provide a detail for the outlet protection used.
8. Please provide further information on the flows to be expected from the underground pipe system:
a. Please label flows in the pipe system on the plans and in the drainage report Drainage Exhibit Sheet C501.
9. Please review clarify the location for the rip-rap reinforced discharge point shown on Sheet C100 in the plans as the pipe system has changed the discharge point.

Drainage Memo Comments:
10. Provide all City of Tucson Hydrologic Data sheets used for computing the 2-, 10-, & 100-year peak discharges. Other Hydrologic Data sheets will not be accepted. Ensure to use the required 3-inches for the one-hour rainfall depth is used for the calculations.

Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files.
