Hi Chris,

Please disregard my request for resubmit contained within my letter from 10/4/2025. After the 10/4/2025 letter, TEP provided me with a response that the FAA had completed their review of TEP’s project. I submitted a revised letter to reflect that TAA approved TEP’s project due to FAA’s recent approval of TEP’s project. Please let me know if you would like me to revise my 10/4/2025 to reflect my updated comments on TEP’s project.

Thank you,

Scott Robidoux, C.M.

Site Engineering Comments:
1. Remove delta clouds from the development package documents as this DP has not yet reached full approval therefore revision clouds are not necessary.
2. Provide the general note “The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall.” Administrative Manual 2-06.4.7.B.1
3. Provide the general note “Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other than as shown on this site plan.” AM 2-06.4.7.B.3
4. It is recommended that all zoning and required general notes be paired and found on one page rather than spread across multiple locations within the Development package.
