Ensure the grading plan follows AM 2-01.4, and includes a site plan with existing and proposed contours, spot grades, and drainage flow patterns that support the analysis within the drainage report. Ensure all basins are labelled with top, bottom, and water surface elevations. (I believe the current submittal is missing a page, only the cover sheet of the grading plan was submitted) 2. The current Tucson retention/detention manual uses "First Flush" retention, which captures the first .5 inch of rain within a site.
