1. Provide a disconnect switch between the inverters and the 200A sub panel per 705.21. This disconnect needs to be readily accessible and within 10 feet of the main service entrance, NEC 705.22(1).

705.21 Disconnecting Means, Equipment.
Means shall be provided to disconnect power production equipment, such as interactive inverters or transformers associated with a power production source, from all ungrounded conductors of all sources of supply.


2. Verify that the service equipment and distribution panels meet the requirements for a stand-alone systems under NEC 710.15.

See NEC 710.15(C): Stand-alone systems shall be permitted to supply 120 volts to single-phase, 3-wire, 120⁠/⁠240-volt service equipment or distribution panels where there are no 240-volt outlets and where there are no multiwire branch circuits. In all installations, the sum of the ratings of the power sources shall be less than the rating of the neutral bus in the service equipment. This equipment shall be marked with the following words or equivalent:
WARNING:
SINGLE 120-VOLT SUPPLY. DO NOT CONNECT MULTIWIRE BRANCH CIRCUITS!
The warning sign(s) or label(s) shall comply with 110.21(B).


3. Please resubmit with all documentation, including the uplift calculations, solar plans, Inverter closet plans. Submit the response letter under the correct document type and not as a construction document.
