RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Revised plans, as noted in the comment below, along with a detailed letter indicating responses to the review comments.

1. (COMMENT): The submitted site plan shows an northern and southern lot dimension of 70'. This in incorrect. Per the original plat, legal description, and Assessor Parcel Map for this parcel, the correct dimension is 50'. 2. (COMMENT) Based upon the building height, the minimum required setback to the west is 6', to the south is 6', and to N Campbell Av is 10'.

3. (COMMENT) If a Design Development Option (DDO) is required to reduce the minimum setback, please apply for a Zoning Modifications (DDO) sub-record within the permit.
