Please resubmit plan documents with the address and Unit 1 and 2 on ALL pages to this same permit. 2. 4509 S 7TH AV is not properly addressed with Unit 1 and Unit 2 with Pima County. Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to properly address units. Additionally, a sub-records request will be required to change the addresses on the permit. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The City of Tucson adopted the 2018 IRC with amendments and building ordinances for all dwellings. Show the current code reference on the plans. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit separate letter and plan set files. PLANS: 1. Provide interior braced wall panels with foundation anchor bolt connection to bottom plates, R602.10.8.3 and R403.1.6. Show an interior braced wall foundation on the Foundation Plan, sheet 3. Also, show the foundation with anchor bolts on section B, sheet 8. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Update the Riser Diagram showing a single underground service feeder to a dual meter panel, NEC 225.30 and E3403. 2. Show a smoke alarm in each bedroom outside of a closet, R314.3. Include the two-bedroom unit. 3. Update the code reference shown at the top of sheet 5 and within the notes block at the top right corner of the sheet.
