No barrier exists between the two lots to prevent vehicular access and maneuverability from being shared between the two lots. As such, these two lots may be considered a single unified site, and as such – with four dwelling units total between them – would potentially be considered a commercial multifamily site which may require parking improvements, pedestrian circulation, and/or landscaping. If these two lots are meant to operate independently of each other, demonstrate on the plans how vehicles would be prevented from maneuvering between the two sites.
