This site is located in the HC-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8.6) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.12 Comment: Zoning cannot grant approval on this permit until Historic Review has been completed and approved. Once the Minor Historic Review and supplemental Design Package have been completed, per the request of Historic, the approval of this permit may move forward.
