COMMENT: Provide the height of the proposed structure, UDC 6.4.4.A. Building height is the vertical distance measured from the design grade elevation to the highest point of a flat roof; to the deck line of a mansard roof; or to the middle (between the eave and ridge ) of the highest gable of a pitched or hipped roof, except as follows: (See Figure 6.4.4-A, Measurement of Building Height .) This comment is still applicable ensure that the neighbor waiver is put on the site plan. 2. COMMENT: Setbacks in the R-1 zone are 6’ or 2/3 * Height of the structure (whichever is greater) the proposed setback for the structure from the property line is 2’ 11”. A neighbor waiver signed by the homeowner located to the north of the property (adjacent to the structure) will be required.
