a. Cooling: Dry Bulb Temp: 105 +/- 2 degrees
b. Heating: Dry Bulb Temp: 35 +/- 2 degrees
c. Construction quality: Tight (New construction)
d. Rate/Swing Multiplier: 1.00
e. Latent cooling should have a value other than 0 Btuh.
2. Correct every instance where these values appear
