This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). 1. This comment was not fully addressed. The vehicle access area is not sufficient for a vehicle to turn around and drive out onto Camino Seco. All vehicle maneuvering must be on site not within the right-of-way. COMMENT: As Camino Seco is a Major Street & Route, show the future property line. Provide a dimension from the centerline of Camino Seco to the face of curb and from the face of curb to the street property line. Ensure that vehicle maneuvering will not be in the future ROW.
