This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. After a review of aerial views (https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=maptucson#) of the property, it appears that the PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted portion of the structure(covered porch?) on the north side of the building, first seen around 2017. Searching city records through PRO (https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/address_search/) found no permit history for this porch. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure. (from the aerial views the unpermitted structure is painted white). 2. There is currently a issued permit for solar for this property. We cannot have two active permits for the same type of work on the same property. The owner will need to have this permit withdrawn by the original applicant or contact Joseph Conrad Joseph.Conrad@tucsonaz.gov for more information on getting this permit withdrawn.
