COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT: Provide a separate permit application for the ADU. The same site plan may be used for each dwelling. Separate units on the same property need permits associated with the intended address.

2. COMMENT: ADUs must meet the criteria of UDC 6.6.3.B. The property is large enough for 2 units, without having to follow ADU standards.

3. COMMENT: The Lot Coverage Calculation show Vehicle Use Area as "N/A". All lots have a vehicular use area. The vehicular use are is defined as: "Any area of a site or structure used for the movement, parking, or standing of motor vehicles. The vehicular use area includes access drives, maneuvering areas, refuse collection locations, loading spaces, and any landscaping and screening within ten feet of these areas."

Include the area in the lot coverage calculation.
