To use the Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA), the property owner must complete the following steps:

1) Create a TDC Online account. Be listed as the Owner on the permit application. The applicant must add the Owner, however the owner can email PDSD-Permits@tucsonaz.gov to be added to permit as well.

Owner must be listed on the permit, on the Pima county Assessor's Website, and match the signee of the OBA to be accepted. Please resubmit once the owner is listed.
