A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8 and .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) Unpermitted additions are not “grandfathered” or permitted when a change of ownership occurs. Unpermitted additions will need to be retroactively permitted. Indicate the unpermitted additions on the site plan along with their height and setbacks and provide construction drawings. 2. (Comment) The site plan provided is not sufficient.
