Permit Description: I am submitting a residential alteration permit application in response to Notice of Violation CE-VIO0525-02279. The mini-split systems referenced in the violation notice have since been removed from the property. Additionally, much of the existing structure and prior modifications were already in place at the time the property was purchased and were believed to be grandfathered in under previous conditions. This permit application is being submitted to address and resolve the remaining concerns identified in the notice and to bring the property into compliance as required
