This site in located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

**Follow-up to Comment 1: This comment was not fully addressed. See permit T21CM07922 for the most recent approved site plan. The site plan needs to meet the requirements listed in the sample plot plan (link above).

02. (COMMENT) Based on the most recent aerial photos there appears to be multiple shade structures and/or storage units on the site. If these containers are still on site, show them on the plan. Draw and dimension setbacks from all structures to all applicable property lines. Label height of structures within the building footprint.
