This site in located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. 01. (PREVIOUS COMMENT #1) No site plan was provided with this permit. Please resubmit this permit with a site plan.
