A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. Provide a complete plot plan that includes all the required elements. It appears that the “alley” labeled on your plan is actually an easement and some of it is your property. Provide elevations showing the building height of the proposed shed. 4. Show all existing structures on the property. The structures on the west side do not appear to meet setbacks and will need a Board of Adjustment Variance as they are setback Alvernon Wy, part of the Major Streets and Routes overlay.
