TC-RES-0524-02959 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 2020 E 7th ST/125-07-5760 The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Plot Plan should be a separate submittal. Please remove it from the full plan set. 2. On the plot plan, please show dimensions from spa to house, spa to casita, pool to casita, pool to garage. 3. On the plot plan, please show the electrical home run from the panel to the equipment and/or subpanel at equipment. 4. On the plot plan, please show the gas line – including sizing for the pool heater. 5. Show the access arrow on the plot plan. 6. Please submit the standard engineering plans from AMMTEC with details used highlighted as well as an engineering stamp that has not expired. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter.
