Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Per UDC Section 6.3-2.A, setbacks in the R-1 zone are the greater of 6’ or 2/3 Height of the proposed exterior building wall. Provide dimensions for the height of all structures to the elevation drawings on Sheet A-3 to determine if the required setbacks are being met. Add an elevation drawing for the proposed “Open Ramada” with height dimensions. If the required setbacks are not being met a Design Development Option (DDO) approval is required.
