A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The materials were submitted under the incorrect tab and are actually not for the pool. Please upload the response letter, site plan and construction plans under the tab for SD-0626-00094. Until the Historic approval has been rendered, Site Zoning is unable to stamp the site plan. 2. Once Historic approved has been obtained, please upload the response letter, decision letter with the site plan and other relevant materials under the portal for TC-RES-0426-02098. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
